Our Realtor referral program is simple - When you have a client who may be in need of Property Management services, refer them to us.  If we end up signing a management agreement with them, we pay you $250 for each referral.

If the client decides to sell the property we are managing, we refer back to you.  We also refer too you any tenants who give notice that they are moving to purchase a home.  

You do sales, we do management - It's a perfect match!
